Established in 2017, Art House is intended to serve as an interface between the city and its artists. It aims to be a catalyst for discovery, exploration and collaboration. Art House works to spread the positive impacts of art by offering new perspectives, with an emphasis on diversity, individuality, and connection.

Operating as a café, gallery and event space, Art House welcomes you to enjoy a vibrant experience by day or night. Hungry guests can enjoy offerings from our menu full of fresh dishes created in-house with local ingredients. We also are proud to highlight our drink menu, with coffee from local roastery Happy Goat, hand crafted specialty espresso drinks, and a craft cocktail menu serving libations that celebrate the art of mixology. We take great pride and joy in our work as a venue, with an array of events including concerts and workshops. Our digital venue, Art House TV, will allow us to take this work even further, placing artists on a virtual, global stage and sharing Ottawa’s talent with the world.

With over 100 local artists being showcased on our gallery walls and in our gift shop at any given time, Art House offers a space for connection between the public and the arts– a welcoming space for the exchange of energy and ideas. The Art House Gallery and Gift Shop hold a mirror to our creative community, highlighting and celebrating the diverse voices our city has to offer.
